I know exactly what you mean. Today my boss told me to send these documents overnight and when I told her that we don't do overnights on Fridays, she asked when did that change. We never did. Ever.
LOL! I work at Wachovia Bank in Center City and this customer asked me what time we open on Sunday and we're not open on the weekends and when I told her she said she when did that change and she was just there last month on a Sunday. You totally weren't.
